B. PEPI Plans Approved and Copied <br />The City will return the approved plans to the applicant. The applicant must generate 5 <br />paper copies of the approved plan set and submit these to the City. <br />C. Land Use Applications Resolved <br />Approval criteria on all land use applications associated with the public improvements <br />shall be resolved consistent with Section 4.07. <br />D. Public Dedications <br />Public easements and/or rights-of-way must be dedicated over public facilities proposed <br />for public operations and maintenance. Dedication documents shall be submitted to the <br />Cityfor review and approval prior to signing and recording. If the property is in the process <br />of being divided, the land partition or subdivision plat may serve as the dedicating <br />instrument. If land division is not recorded within a timely manner, separate dedication <br />documents will be required. <br />E. Maintenance Agreements <br />Agreements regarding operations and maintenance of stormwater facilities may be <br />required. Draft agreements shall be submitted to the City for review and approval prior <br />to signing and recording. <br />F. Second Public Notice consistent with Section 4.09 <br />G. Financial Surety of performance and warranty consistent with Section 4.10 <br />H. Contractor and Construction Schedule consistent with Section 4.12 <br />I. Traffic Submittals (Temporary Traffic Control Plan, Electric, Striping, and Signage) <br />consistent with the Standard Specifications. Refer to Section 2.07 for design standards. <br />Refer to Section 4.13, below, regarding temporary traffic controls. <br />J. Engineering Submittals for all other materials used consistent with the Standard <br />Specifications and Drawings. <br />K. Other Applicable Permits Obtained consistent with Section 4.11. <br />Public Improvement Design Standards Manual, 2016 Page 4-6 <br />
