<br />Waste Water <br />The subject site can be served by connection to existing sanitary sewer lines nearby. Eight-inch <br />lines are located within Hunsaker Lane and Green Lane. According to City of Eugene personnel <br />these lines should have suilicient capacity to serve the site. <br /> <br />Solid Waste Management <br />Sanipac and Lane Apex provide service tor this area of the City of Eugene. Adequate capacity is <br />provided at regional disposal sites and at Short Mountain Landfill. The provision of solid waste <br />management services to the project area will be orderly and efficient. <br /> <br />Potable fVater Service <br />Eugene Water and Electric Board provides water service to the subject site. An existing 12-inch <br />water main exists within River Road and a 6-inch water main exist" within Hunsaker Lane. <br />According to EWEB personnel adequate water service is available. <br /> <br />Fire and Emergency Medical Services <br />Fire Station #11 is located at 111 Santa Clara Avenue, south and west of the project area by <br />approximately one-quarter mile. The City provides fire and emergency medical services to the <br />area. The property is within the 4-minute response time area. Therefore, the provision of this <br />key urban service will be provided in an orderly and efficient manner. <br /> <br />Police Protection <br />Police protection and response to priority calls are provided to this site consistent with service <br />provision throughout the city. This key urban service will be provided in an orderly and efficient <br />manner. <br /> <br />Electric Service <br />The Eugene Water and Electric Board provide electric service to this area of the City of Eugene. <br />Electric service is already provided to the site. <br /> <br />Natural Gas <br />Northwest Natural serves all development in the City of Eugene. There is an existing four-and- <br />a-half inch and a two-inch natural gas pipeline at the intersection of River Road and Hunsaker <br />Lane. This key urban service will be provided in an orderly and efficient manner. <br /> <br />Communication Facilities <br />Fiber optic services are provided by Qwest and EWEB in the vicinity of the project area. <br />EWEB's fiber network extends to the intersection of River Road and Hunsaker Lane. Numerous <br />wireless communication providers also serve the area. This key urban service is available and <br />will be provided in an orderly and efficient manner. <br /> <br />Public Schools <br />The project area is served by Eugene School District 4J, by Awbrey Park Elementary, Madison <br />Middle, and North Eugene High Schools.
