GENERAL INFORMATION <br /> <br />Subiect Site <br />The subject site consists of seven tax lots (as described above) with the dimensions as specified <br />herein on the Legal Descriptions (Exhibit A). The area so defined \\ill be referred to in this <br />application as the Subject Site. The site addresses are 2685 River Road (Tax Lot 9100), and 84 <br />Green Lane (Tax Lot 1900). Tax Lots 200, 300, 400, 9200 and 9300 are not addressed. The <br />Subject Site is within the Eugene City Limits. The River Road/Santa Clara Urban Facilities Plan <br />is the applicable refinement plan. <br /> <br />Development SiteJ <br />The development site consists of the seven tax lots of the su~ject site, bisected by Green Lane, <br />with the addition of two lots (Tax Lots 501 and 601 of Assessor's Map 17-04-11-44) that are <br />currently designated for commercial use and zoned C-2, Conmmnity Commercial. Tax Lot 800 <br />is also owned by the applicant; however, it is not currently within the boundaries of the City of <br />Eugene and is not subject to this application.
