Together, the Newly Constructed Building <br />and the Centre Court Building shall consist of approximately 120,000 square feet of retail <br />and office space and a total of Fifty-Six (56) subsurface, shared parking spaces. <br /> <br />“PC” <br />1.38 means the last date upon which the City has issued <br />ROJECT OMPLETION <br />certificates of occupancy for both the Centre Court Building and the Newly Constructed <br />Building. <br /> <br />“PP” <br />1.39 means the budget for the Project which shows and <br />ROJECT ROFORMA <br />includes a total project cost, both hard and soft costs (such as design and construction <br />costs, developer fees, etc,.), sources (including the Centre Court/Vacant Lot Construction <br />Loan) and uses of funds that will be obtained and allocated by Buyer toward the <br />acquisition and redevelopment of the Property and the maximum amount of Centre <br />Court/Vacant Lot Construction Loan funds Buyer needs from Agency.
