215 double park any vehicle on any street or alley of the City of Eugene, and a vehicle is presumed to be double parked whether anyone is in charge thereof or not, unless loading or unloading passengers therefrom. Section 5. ~It shall be unlawf ul for the driver or any person or persons to park or leave any vehicle standing apon the streets or alleyss of the City of Eugene continuously for more than two hours from twelve o'clock midnight to five o'clock in the morning of said day. Section 6. It shall be unlawful for the driver or any person or persons to park or leave any truck, delivery wagon, or transfer wagon standing on any alley of the City of Eugene except in the process of loading or unloading goods, wares, merchandise, or freight thereon or therefrom. Section 7. It shall be unlawful for the driver or any person or persons to park any vehicle in any alley in the City of Eugene except during the process of loading or unloading goods, wares or merchandise or freight thereon or therefrom or while actually engaged in the loading or unloading of passengers or occupants of said vehicle. Section 8. The following is dee.~r~ed a limited parking zone in the City of Eugene and it shall be unlawful for the driver or any person or persons to park or leave any vehicle standing on any street or alley within said zone fora period of time exceeding one hour at any time from nine o'clock A.T~?., until six o'clock P.N~. of any day excepting Sundays, kith the exceptions and qualifications herein- af ter noted. The boundaries of the zone shall be deemed to include both sides of the boundary streets: Beginning at the corner of Sixth St. and Cha rnelton St., and thence South on Charnelton St. to Twelf th St., then follow Twelfth St. from Charnelton St. to Olive St. ; thence follow Olive St. frorr~ Twelfth St. to Eleventh St. ; thence follow Eleventh St. from Olive St. to tli;illamette St. ; thence South on Villamette St. to Thirteenth St.; thence follow Thirteenth St. East- ~rVillamette St. to Oak Street; thence follow Oak St. North, Thirteenth St. to Twelfth St.; thence follow Twelfth St. East, Oak St. to Pearl St.; thence follow Pearl St., Twelfth St. to Broadway; thence follow Broadway, Pearl St. to High St. and return; thence follow Pearl St., Broadway to Eighth St.; thence follow Eighth St. to the railroad track and return; thence follow Pearl St. to Sixth St.; thence follow Sixth St., Pearl to the alley between Willamette St. and Oal St.; thence TtiTOrth on the alley between Willamette St. and Oak St. to the southern Pacif ie Right of Way, and thence Northwesterly along the South line of the Southern Pacific Right of way to Olive Street produced; thence South on Olive St. produced to the intersection of Sixth St. and Olive St.; thence West on Sixth Street to the place of beginning. The following shall have a twelve minute limitation: The West side of Villamette St. from Fifth St. to the half block south of Fifth Street; the south side of Fifth St. from Willamette St. , UVest half block;. And a thirty minute limitation on both sides of Charnelton Street between Broadway and Tenth Streets and the South side of Braadway from Charnelton St. Last to alley. All marked loading zones shall have a twenty-four minute limitation. No vehicle other t~ian a truck shall be permitte on a loading zone. In addition to the foregoing, theaters and hotels and certain public buildings are marked on the curb and parking is prohibited where so indicated excepting only
