In the following areas parking is prohibited: Nineteenth St. between tiVillamette St. and Olve St.; - Ferry St. between Eighth and Ninth St.; The 1.°uest side of Patterson St., riilyard St. and Alder St. from Broadway to Eleventh Avenue.; The Vilest side of Alder St. from Thirteenth St. to Nineteenth St.; Thirteenth St. from Kincaid to University St.; Trie I~~orth side of Thirteenth St. from University St. to Onyx St. ; The South side of Eleventh St. to ~:illamette St. to the alley between trdillamette St. and Olive St. ; It shall be unlawful to park between said hours upon Thirteenth Avenue between Alder Street and Kincaid Street longer than one hour. Section 9. The moving of any car within the block shall not be deemed to extend the time of parking. Section 10. Section 11. It shall be unlawful for the driver or any person or persons to turn or permit to be turned any vehicle between street intersections on any street in the City of Eugene. Section 12. It shall be unlawful for any driver or• any person or persons to make a complete turn or reversal of direction commonJ_y known as a "L' Turn" of any vehicle at the intersection of Vdillamette Street with Sixth Avenue, Seventh Avenue, Eighth Avenue, Broadway, Tenth Avenue, Eleventh Avenue, Thirteenth Avenue or at Broadway and Oak or iri any intersection of any street with the Pacific highway within the City of Eugene. Section 13. Only angle parking shall be permitted on North, South, East and Vilest Park Streets, excepting that portion reserved for horses and horse drawn vehicles. Section 14. That on Kincaid Street between Thirteenth Avenue and University High School only angle parking shall be permitted. 1~7otor veriieles may be parked at an angle on~said streets at all hours of the day or night.
