Safety cans of not over 10 gallor_s capacity may be used in a.ny <br />part of buildings except that if of over one gallon capacity, they shall be kept <br />a.nd used in special rooms in accordance trrith Section 915. <br />In garages and manufacturing plants the Chief of the Bureau of Fire <br />Prevention may permit the storage of Class 1 liquids in ap~oroved portable ~r~heeled <br />tanks, ~,~here the nature of the business requires such storage and the discharge <br />therefrom. <br />
