<br /> THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

<br /> Section 1.
<br />
<br />Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to provide as follows:
<br />9.0500 Definitions
<br />. As used in this land use code, unless the context requires otherwise,
<br />the following words and phrases mean:
<br />
<br />Reconfiguration of Lots or Parcels
<br />. Changes to legal lot lines that result in any of
<br />the following:
<br />(A) Creation of an additional lot or parcel;
<br />(B) More than 2 changes to any of the boundaries of an individual lot or parcel
<br />within 1 calendar year;
<br />(C) A change in the size of a lot or parcel by more than 200 percent; or
<br />(D) Creation of substandard public facilities or services, including, but not limited
<br />to, streets (access and widths), access easements, and public utility
<br />easements\[; or
<br />(E) A change in the number of platted lots and parcels\].

<br /> Section 2
<br />. The entry for -
<br />Table 9.2160 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended
<br />as Homeless Shelter not in existence as of January 1, 1984
<br />Regional Distribution CenterWholesale Trade (excluding
<br />regional distribution center) of that Table, are
<br />repealed.
