Subsection (2) of Section 9.2451 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to <br />provide as follows: <br />9.2451 Special Use Limitations for Table 9.2450. <br /> <br />(2) Special Allowances for properties with frontage on major arterial streets <br />in the E-2 zone. <br /> On lots with frontage on a major arterial street, the uses <br />allowed in Table 9.2450 subject to this standard shall not exceed 30,000 <br />square feet of building area per development site. This square footage <br />limitation shall apply only to new development, and it shall not preclude reuse <br />of existing buildings.
