<br />Urban Renewal Agency President Solomon, seconded by Councilor Ortiz, moved to <br />adopt Resolution 1039 of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene adopting <br />the Budget, making appropriations, and declaring the amount of tax to be certified <br />for the Fiscal year beginning July 1, 2006, and ending June 30, 2007. Roll call vote; <br />the motion passed unanimously, 8:0. <br /> <br />Mayor Piercy adjourned the Eugene Urban Renewal Agency and reconvened the Eugene City Council at <br />8:19 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />6. PUBLIC HEARING and ACTION: <br /> <br />Resolution 4877 Adopting a Supplemental Budget; Making Appropriations for the city of Eugene <br />for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2005, and Ending June 30, 2006 <br /> <br />City Manager Taylor said this was the resolution that made the budget consistent with additional funds and <br />changes, outlined in the Agenda Item Summary (AIS). <br /> <br />Mayor Piercy opened the public hearing. Seeing no one who wished to speak to the item, she closed the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Councilor Papé asked what the Judkins Point project was. City Engineer Mark Schoening, explained that <br />this project was a land use condition of approval for the East Ridge Planned Unit Development (PUD). He <br />said it realigned sections of Glenwood Boulevard and Glenwood Avenue and the on and off ramps to <br />Interstate 5. <br /> <br />In response to a follow-up question from Councilor Papé, Mr. Schoening clarified that these projects were <br />on the south side of the interstate and were not in the city of Springfield. <br /> <br />Councilor Solomon, seconded by Councilor Ortiz, moved to adopt Resolution 4877 <br />adopting a Supplemental Budget; making appropriations for the City of Eugene for <br />the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2005, and ending June 30, 2006.
