That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and the River Road Parks & Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. c. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated November 18, 1997, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective August 22, 1997: Tax Lots 200 and 300, Assessor's Map 17-04-144 3, located in the River Road area of north Eugene, south of Howard Lane, east of Oak Drive, and west of Santa Rosa Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Benchmark Northwest, EC ED 97-52). That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and the River Road Parks & Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. D. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated December 8, 1997, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective September 23, 1997: Tax Lot 4000, Assessor's Map 17-04-25 4 2, located in the River Road area of north Eugene, west of Willow Avenue, and more particularly described on Exhibit D attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Smith, EC ED 97-54). That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and the River Road Parks & Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. E. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated September 30, 1997, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective September 30, 1997: Tax Lot 500, Assessor's Map 17-04-24 3 4, located in the River Road area of north Eugene, southeast of Hawthorne Avenue, north of Knoop Lane, and west of River Road, and more particularly described on Exhibit E attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
