That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. c. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated August 2,2001, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 7, 2001. Tax Lots 200 and 2400, Assessor's Map 17-04-14-13 and 17-04-14- 14 respectively, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, west of River Road, south of Silver Lane, north of Kourt Drive, east of Grove Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated August 3, 2001, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 29,2001. Tax Lot 2900, Assessor's Map 17-04-14-23, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, west of River Road, west of Bushnell Lane, north of Maxwell Road, east of Labona Drive, and more particularly described on Exhibit D attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Tax Lot 204 and a portion of Tax Lot 300, Assessor's Map 17-04-23- 41, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, west of River Road, south of Elkay Drive, north of Sunnyside A venue, and more particularly described on Exhibit E attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
