That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and the River Road Parks & Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. E The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated November 1, 1995, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective September 20, 1995: A portion of tax lot 117, Assessor's Map 17-04-23 1 3, located in the western portion of the River Road area of North Eugene, west of River Road and Sunny Drive, north of Hilliard Lane and south of Maclay Drive, as more particularly described on Exhibit F attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated November 2, 1995, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective October 3, 1995: Tax Lot 104, Assessor's Map 17-04-23 1 3, located in the western portion of the River Road area of North Eugene, west of River Road and Sunny Drive, north of Maclay Drive, and east of North Park Avenue, as more particularly described on Exhibit G attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated November 9, 1995, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective October 30, 1995: Tax Lot 6700, Assessor's Map 17-04-144 1, located in the River Road area of North Eugene, west of River Road and north of Howard Avenue, as more particularly described on Exhibit H attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
