That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and the River Road Parks & Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. I. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated November 14, 1995, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective November 7, 1995: Tax Lot 9500, Assessor's Map 17-04-24 3 3, located in the River Road area of North Eugene, east of Mayfair Street, and south of Knoop Lane, as more particularly described on Exhibit I attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Sheets, EC ED 95-90). That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and the River Road Parks & Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. J. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1052 dated August 3, 1995, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective September 18, 1995: Tax Lot 4400, Assessor's Map 17-04-01 3 3, located in the Santa Clara region of North Eugene, south of Wilkes Drive and west of Baywood Street, as more particularly described on Exhibit J attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Harris, C ED 95-64). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. K. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1054 dated August 3, 1995, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)( c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective September 20, 1995: Tax Lots 3800, 3803, 4100 and 4200, Assessor's Map 17-04-01 3 3, located in the Santa Clara region of North Eugene, north of Wilkes Drive and east of Banner Street (3800 and 3803), and south of Wilkes Drive and east of Poplar Street (4100 and 4200), as more particularly described on Exhibit K attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
