transit ridership on congested corridors, and <br />parking requirements for transit-oriented <br />development within nodal development areas; <br />(C) Providing land use and subdivision regulations <br />setting minimum and maximum parking requirements <br />in appropriate locations, and eliminating off-street <br />parking requirements for automobiles in the <br />downtown core; and <br />(D) Is consistent with demand management programs, <br />transit-oriented development requirements and <br />planned transit service. <br />This 2035 TSP contains policies encouraging frequent <br />review and updates to existing parking standards <br />(updated per TransPlan, 2002) to reflect improved <br />alternatives to driving single-occupant vehicles as <br />these alternatives become available, such as improved <br />transit service, bike facilities, car- and bike-share <br />programs, improved neighborhood walkability, and <br />transportation Demand Management programs. <br /> <br /> <br />(h)Policies and land use regulations for <br /> <br />The 2035 TSP adoption package include amendments <br />implementing the TSP as provided in OAR 660- <br /> that are needed for the <br />012-0045. <br />2035 TSP <br /> <br />transportation system plan and to adopt new levels of <br />.
