I am very concerned about traffic flow or the lack of it in South Eugene as I've experienced <br />a noticeable increase in wait time over the last five year at intersections due to more cars in the <br />area. <br />Please consider engaging in Smart Growth thinking in Eugene instead of willy-nilly, one size <br />fits all planning. Eugeneans like to think we are unique, compassionate, thinking outside the <br />box who enjoy moving about the streets with relatively little congestion.
