The Coffee's go~ has ~n to c~te a win-win-win mlufion: The ci~ ge~ densi~, ~e University gets in~eas~ pm~y vMue ~d flexibility, ~d the Ffi~ount Neigh~rh~ is pmse~ed by ~figating the impacts from ~e development, induing ~fic mifgafion. Win-win-lose is not acceptable. Assu~ng ~e approval of ~e Pl~ing Com~sfion's policies, f~fing for the two t~c stu~es ~d · e ~i~ent to problem solving the ass~iated implementation ~d fun~ng solutions ~ter ~e sm~es ~e ~mpleted, ~e ~A sup~as the approval of the University's applimfion.
