THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Gommon Council of the City of 1!.u.gene that th assessment of $221.01 standing on the books of the City as a lien agaidst the I above described property be and the same is hereby cancelled and discharged an~ the property is exonerated from the payment of the same and The City Treasurer is hereby directed to enter upon his record that the same is cancelled and discharged. The Board of Viewers in the proposed opening of Almaden Street filed its .report and, on motion, the same was adopted, and an ordinance adopting such report was read the first time and laid over. . An Ordinance regulating the dtsposal of gargage within the city, and granting a franchise to Bray Brothers, was read the first time and laid over.
