The ayes and nays were called, all <br />present voting aye, nay, none. The Ordinances were declared passed and numbered <br />from 6729 to 6741, both numbers inclusive. <br /> <br />An vrdinance to improve Orchard Street from Franklin 130ulevard to 19th Avenu <br />was read the first time and passed its second and third reaclings by title by UBan- <br />iijlous c onsen t, under suspension of the rule and was :placed on its final passage. <br />The ayes and nays were called, all present voting aye, nay, none. The ayes and nays were called, all present voting aye, <br />nay, none. The Ordinance was declared passed and numbered 6'143. <br /> <br />I <br />
