The Finance Committee stated in the awarding of the Oil contracts the last meeting, some of the uompany1s contracts were not read and stating that the price of all companies dealing in gas being the same, recommended that the contract be extended to in01ude all of such companies. On motion such report was adopted. The, F'inance Committee ~Dresented the monthly bills, all of which having been approved by the Finance Committee, recommended the same be paid. On motion such recommendation was approved. The Stbeet Committee reported on the referred. matter of :paving 15th Avenue from Agate street to Moss :street and recofI1llended that such Street bj3 :paved with the consent of the University of Oregon from university Street to Agate street.
