<br />,~ The City Attorney re:ported on the matter of the deed submitted by R. W.
<br />-<::' Prescott to a street in Sunset Terraces end stated too t; since such matter was
<br />00 referred to himself the plat of Sunsst Terraces has been filed withthe County
<br />~ Clerk, thereby maki~ it unnecessary to have a deed delivered to the City for
<br />such street as the street is dedicated in the plat. Such report was adopted.

<br />The City Attorney also reported on the matter of a right of way for
<br />street purposes on south Columbia Street, from 23rd to 24th Avenues, stating that
<br />Mr. Lathrop of the S. P. Co. is to write him relative to such matter and he has
<br />not yet received such letter. The matter was continuad.

<br />The City Engineer spoke relative to the O. E. Railway tracks on West 5th
<br />Street, stating that in places the tracks are considerably lower than the Street,
<br />and that the ~ity ~hould prohibit tracks of over three tonw capacity from using
<br />such street entirely, and also recommending they have pneumatic tires, until such
<br />II' time a s the Railway Company repairs its tracks t here on. The City Engineer was
<br />directed to put up the necessary si tna dirl:lcting vehicles to be used accordingly.

<br />II ' The Recorder brought up the matter of the outlet of the sewer on Polk
<br />I Street, and stated that ,Lombard desires thl~ deed tendered and delivered the City
<br />in 1914 rec orded and all taxes paid by him:self on the track so dee(Led refunded,
<br />otherwise Lombard is to commence suit to rE~-invest himself with title. The matter
<br />in connection therewith was discussed, but no further official action taken, except
<br />the Recorder was directed to look up the proceedings in 1914 pestaining to the
<br />Lombard transfer.
