<br />alley is hereby opened, laid out, and established between Third and Fourth Avenue

<br />from the East line of Croner's Addition to Blair Blvd., in said City of Eugene,

<br />and the City ];ngineer is directed to prepare and deliver to the recorder an accur
<br />
<br />plat of said alley and of the property so appropriated for 'public use, and the
<br />
<br />recorder is directed to file for record with the County Clerk of Lane County said

<br />plat and a copy of this resolution.

<br />
<br />In the Matter of the Opening of Monroe Street from Clark Street to a point
<br />
<br />57 fee t South, in Eugene, Oregon.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene by resolution duly adopt-
<br />ed May 28, 1926, d.etermined to open, layout, and establish Monroe Street from
<br />'(}lark Street to a point 57 fee t South, in the Ci ty of Eugene, Ore gon,
<br />And Whereas, the report and plat of the City Engineer for the opening of
<br />said street was duly made and filed and duly adopted by the City Council by Ord-
<br />inance No. 5605, passed and approved October 11th, 1926,
<br />And Whereas, the Viewers duly appointed by said Ordinance No. 5605 'made and
<br />filed a reprrrt of their findings of benefits and damages to the property benefit-

<br />And Vfuereas, due notice of the consideration of said report was given and

<br />thereafter said report was duly adopted by
<br />
<br />Ordinance No. 5625, passed and approv-

<br />ed October 25th, 1926,

<br />And Whereas, the damages sustained in the taki.ng of property in said street
<br />
<br />opening in the name of Clara B. Quinn amounted to $200.00, and. there were no
<br />
<br />benefits,
<br />
<br />And Vfuereas, the City of Eugene paid to Clara B. Quinn the excess of damages
<br />
<br />over benefits by General Fund Warrant No. 27409, in the sum of $200.00,
<br />
<br />And Whereas, said warrant was delivered to Mrs. Quinn,
<br />
<br />And Whereas, there was' no further objections to said report of viewers, and
<br />
<br />THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Common Council of the City of Eugene that
<br />

<br />the time for appeal from the said viewer's report has long since expired,
<br />
<br />the following described property, beingtihe property described in said Engineer's
<br />
<br />report and in said viewer's report, towit:
