<br />In the Matter of the Opening of Taylor Street from Sixth Avenue to Tenth

<br />Avenue, in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
<br />WHEREAS, the Common Counc il of the Ci ty of Eugene by resolution duly adopt-
<br />ed March 26th, 1925, determined to open, layout, and establish Taylor Street from
<br />Sixth Avenue to Tenth Avenue, in the City of Eugene, Oregon,

<br />And Whereas, the report and plat of the City Engineer for the opening of
<br />said street was duly made and filed and duly adopted by the City Council by Ordin-
<br />ance No. 5623, passed and approved October 25th, 1926,
<br />
<br />And Whereas, the Viewers duly appoin ted hy said Ordinance No. 5623 made
<br />and filed a report of their findings of benefits and damages to the property bene-
<br />fitted, and the property damaged by the opening of said street,
<br />
<br />And Whereas, due notice of the consideration of said report was given
<br />
<br />and thereafter said report was duly adopted by Ordinance No. 60S2, passed and
<br />
<br />approved on June 27th, 1927,
<br />
<br />And Whereas, warrants were issued on July 30th, 1927, for the amount of
<br />damages in excess of benefits sustained by the owners of the property taken in the
<br />
<br />opening of said street, and the time for the appeal from the said viewer's report
<br />
<br />has long since expired,
<br />
<br />THEREFORE, be it resol~ed by the Common Council of the City of Eugene that
