<br />In the Matter of the Opening of 23rd Avenue from University Street to Alder
<br />Street in Eugene, Oregon.
<br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene by resolution duly adopted
<br />September 14th, 1925, determined to open, layout, and establish 23rd Avenue from
<br />University Str'eet to Alder Street, in Eugene, Oregon,
<br />And Whereas, the report and plat of the City Engineer for the opening of
<br />said stree t was duly made anq. filed and duly adQpted b,y- the Ci ty Council by Ord-
<br />inance No. 5062, passed and approved September 14th, 1925,
<br />And Whereas, the Viewers dul.)t appoi!).ted by said Ordinance No. 5062 made and
<br />filed a report; of their findings of benefits and damages to the property benefitted,
<br />and the property damaged by the opening of said atreet,
