<br />And Whereas, on the same date there was issued to Edith M. 'Brummell a
<br />general fund warrant No. 23759 for the sum of $625.00,

<br />Whereas, said warrants were delivered to and accepted by said parties in
<br />
<br />payment for the property taken in the opening of said street and as above describe .
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Common Council of the City of Eugene
<br />that all things necessary to be done in the acquiring of said property for street
<br />purposes has been done, and that said Fifteenth Street from Lawrence Street West t the
<br />
<br />East line of Hollenbeck's Addition is hereby opened, laid out, and established,
<br />
<br />and the City Engineer directed to prepare and deliver to the City Recorder and
<br />accurate plat of said street and the property appropriated for public use, and the
<br />recorder is dil~ected to file for record with the County Clerk of Lane County,
<br />Oregon, said plat and a copy of this resolution to be recorded in the Deed Records
<br />of Lane County, Oregon.
