I I I THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS ]rOLLOWS: BE IT ENACTED BY THE ELECTORS OF TIlE CITY OF EUGENE. Section 1: Any person shall be el.lgible to any employment or to any appoint ive office in the City of Eugene, notwithstanding such person shall not have re- sided in the City for one year previous to such appointment, and notwithstanding such person is not yet entitled to the privileges of an elector in said City. Section 2: The City of Eugene may employ any person in any employment or in any office other than an elective office, whether such person has resided in the City one year, and whether such person is a qualified elector in said city.
