I <br />r I <br /> i the City of Eugene, whether they shall halre resided in the City of Eugene for one <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I year or not, and whether such appointee il3 entitled to the privileges of an elector <br /> I <br /> I in said city, and permitting the emplo~Tmellt of such persons by the City of Eugene. <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS ]rOLLOWS: <br /> BE IT ENACTED BY THE ELECTORS OF TIlE CITY OF EUGENE. <br /> Section 1: Any person shall be el.lgible to any employment or to any appoint <br /> ive office in the City of Eugene, notwithstanding such person shall not have re- <br /> sided in the City for one year previous to such appointment, and notwithstanding <br /> such person is not yet entitled to the privileges of an elector in said City. <br /> Section 2: The City of Eugene may employ any person in any employment or <br /> in any office other than an elective office, whether such person has resided in the <br /> City one year, and whether such person is a qualified elector in said city. <br /> STUB STUB <br /> To be torn off by To be torn off by the first <br /> the Chairman. Watrous, her husband, to the City of <br />Ii Eugene on the South 14.2 feet of Lot 8, Block 4, In Mountain View Park Addition, <br />'I was tendered to the City, and the City Planning Commission recommended the acceptan e <br />I. of the deed, and motion was made, seconded, and carried that the City accept the <br />': <br />I: deed and that the Treasurer be instructed to refund the porportionate sum of $17.99 <br />1 of assessment lien outstanding against said property. <br />~ ~, <br />
