<br />RESOLVED: That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, deems it

<br />expedient and necessary to open, layout, and establish Fifth Avenue East from

<br />Mill Street if produced South in Eugene, Oregon, and that the City Engineer be
<br />and is hereby directed to make a survey of the same, to mark the boundaries there-

<br />of, to make a plat thereof, and make and file a written report containing a full
<br />
<br />and complete description of such street wld its boundaries, and of the portions
<br />
<br />of each lot, part of lot or tract of land to be appropriated therefor.

<br />10, Original Plat of Eugene to the center line of Mill Street if produced South
<br />in Eugene, Oregon, was read the first time, and passed its second and third read-
<br />ing by title by unanimous consent under suspension of the rule, and was'placed
<br />on its final passage. The ayes and nays were called, all Councilmen voting aye,
<br />nay, none. The Ordinance was declared passed and numbered 8025.
