<br />Mill Street if produced South in Eugene, Oregon, and that the City Engineer be
<br />and is hereby directed to make a survey of the same, to mark the boundaries there-

<br />and complete description of such street wld its boundaries, and of the portions
<br />
<br />of each lot, part of lot or tract of land to be appropriated therefor.

<br />ing by title by unanimous consent under suspension of the rule, and was'placed
<br />on its final passage. The ayes and nays were called, all Councilmen voting aye,
<br />nay, none. The Ordinance was declared passed and numbered 8025.
