<br /> Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Recorder to enter into a contract on
<br /> behalf of the city of Eugene with Everett and Addie Alford, was upon motion made and

<br /> ~. !;-. WHEREAS, The City of Eugene has acquired the West 44.3 feet of
<br /> ~ the East 80 feet of Lot 7, Block 2, Cheshire's Second Addition
<br /> to Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the city of Eugene 'has caused the same to be appraised
<br /> and determined its value, and
<br /> WHEREAS, Everett Alford and Addie Alford have offered the city I
<br /> $375.00 for said property, which, according to the appraisement
<br /> is all that the property is worth, ...
<br /> Now therefore,
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED By the common Council of the City of Eugene that
<br /> the Mayor and Recorder be and they are hereby directed to enter
<br /> into the annexed contract on behalf of the City of Eugene, and
<br /> the $25.00 down payment and all sUbsequent payments shall be de-
<br /> posited with the City Treasurer of said City.

<br /> WHEREAS, The City of ,Eugene has acquired Lot 8, Elock 1, Shelton's
<br /> Second Addition to Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, a.nd
<br /> WHEREAS, The City of Eugene has caused the same to be appraised
<br /> and dtermined its value, and
<br /> WHEREAS, John F. Alford and Lillie B. Alford have offered the I
<br /> City $842.23 for said property, which, according to the appraise-
<br /> ment is all that the property is worth,
<br /> Now, Therefore,
<br /> Be IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Eugene that ,
<br /> the Mayor and Recorder be and they are hereby directed to enter
<br /> into the annexed contract on behalf of the city of Eugene, and the
<br /> $84.22 down payment and all subsequent payments shall be deposited
<br /> with the City Treasurer of said city.
<br /> Resolution authorizing the, Mayor and Recorder to execute and deliver to
<br /> K. K. Robinson and Emily A. Robinson a bargain and sale deed for property purchased
<br /> 29 from the city, was upon motion made and seconded, duly adopted:

<br /> WHEREAS, The City of Eugene has acquired title to the following des-
<br /> cribed property,to-wit:
<br /> The South 46.2 feet of the following: Beginning at a point 156.8
<br /> feet north of the southwest corner of Lot 4, Blo~k 3, Fairmount
<br /> Amended Addition, and running thence north along the west line of
<br /> said lot to the northwest corner thereof, thence southeasterly I
<br /> along the north line of said lot to the northeast corner thereof,
<br /> thence along the east line of said lot to a point due east of the
<br /> beginning, thence west to the place of beginning.
<br /> and
<br /> WHEREAS, K. K. Robinson and Emily A. Robinson have offered to the
<br /> City the sum of $125.00, the reasonable value of said lot as de-
<br /> termined by the city,
<br /> Now, therefore I
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Eugene that the
<br /> Mayor and Recorder be and they are hereby directed to execute and
<br /> deliver to K. K. Robinson and Emily A. Robinson a bargain and sale
<br /> deed to the above premises, upon payment of the sum of $125.00, the
<br /> purchase price as determined by the city.
