The ayes and nays were called, councilmen voting aye, Lamb, <br /> 14 Hendershott, Reid, Page, Hanns, Farrington, Bond and Carlson; nay, none; absent,non . <br /> / The Finance Committee reported the following bills to the council with a re- <br /> commendation that they be allowed and motion was made, seconded and carried that <br /> warrants be drawn for the same.
