TENTATIVE REPORT UPON THE PROPOSAL TO ESTABLISH A PROPORTIONATE ...J AREA OF BUILDINGS AND LOTS IN SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE ZONES. As a tentative report pursuant to a Resolution of the Common Gouncil of the City of Eugene directing the City Planning Commission I to prepare a report upon the establishment of a proportionate area of buildings and lots in single family residence zones, the City Planning Commission hereby adopts as its tentative report to be submitted at a public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers at 7:.30 o'clock P.M. of October 17, 1939 the following proposed changes: In all single family residence zones the building, including ~ccessory buildings, shall not occupy to exceed 30 per cent of the area of the owners' lot, for an interior lot, and shall not occupy to exceed 40 per cent for a corner lot. /s/ E. Calkins Secretary TENTATIVE REPORT UPON THE RE-ZONING OF CERTAIN AREAS IN THE CITY OF EUGENE:, As a tentative report pursuant to a Resolution of the Common Council I of the City of Eugene directing the City Planning Commission to prBpare a report upon the re-districting of certain areas in the City, the City Planning Commission hereby adopts as its tentative report to be submitted at a public hearing to be held in the Council Chamber~ at 7 :,30 0' clock P.M. of October 17, 1939, the following proposed change: A pr'oposal to change the west side of Oak Street from 11 th Avenue to 13th Avenue East from a multiple family residence district to a business district. /s/ E. 0). Calkins Secretary RES 0 L UTI 0 N WHEREAS, heretofore the Common Council has submitted to the Planning I Commission certain changes in the zoning of an area upon Oak Street and a proposal limiting the number of residences that can be erected on a city lot in the Single Family District and the Planning Commission has held a hearing, adopted the Tentative Reports and re- submitted them to the Common Council with the recommendation that the same be enacted into an ordinance, and the Council has prepared and given its first reading of an ordinance enacting said permanent reports, I Now, Therefore, the City Recorder be and he is hereby directed to prepare and cause to be published not less than three times in the Eugene Register Guard in Eugene, Oregon a notice of hearing to be held at the regular Council meeting on November 13th, 1939 at 7:30 o'clock P.M., said notices to be published within the week commencing November 6th. 1939.
