Calkins <br /> Secretary <br /> RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the Common Council has submitted to the Planning <br />I Commission certain changes in the zoning of an area upon Oak Street <br /> and a proposal limiting the number of residences that can be erected <br /> on a city lot in the Single Family District and the Planning <br /> Commission has held a hearing, adopted the Tentative Reports and re- <br /> submitted them to the Common Council with the recommendation that <br /> the same be enacted into an ordinance, and the Council has prepared <br /> and given its first reading of an ordinance enacting said permanent <br /> reports, <br />I Now, Therefore, the City Recorder be and he is hereby directed <br /> to prepare and cause to be published not less than three times in <br /> the Eugene Register Guard in Eugene, Oregon a notice of hearing to <br /> be held at the regular Council meeting on November 13th, 1939 at 7:30 <br /> o'clock P.M., said notices to be published within the week commencing <br /> November 6th. 1939. <br /> A~ application for a Second-Hand Dealers' license was presented <br /> in behalf of J. W. Mears.
