<br />The City Attorney stated that all that needs to be done in the transferring
<br />of the property between the School District #4 and the City of Eugene was for the ci y
<br />to proceed with suit to quiet the tit+e for property being received from the School
<br />Board and the same would be insured by the Lane County Abstract Company for $100.00~
<br />Upon motion made and seconded the Mayor and. City Recorder were instructed to execute
<br />necessary papers for exchange of property and the City Attorney was ,instructed to
<br />proceed with the suit to quiet the title; the city to pay costs of quieting title,
<br />insurance, etc. on ~he property being received from the Schoql District and it was
<br />so ordered.
