<br />running thence South 810 32' West 269.74 feet to an iron rail,
<br />thence South 66.4 feet, more or less, to the Northerly line of
<br />the county road. Said point being marked by an iron rail and
<br />being 373.7 feet, more or less, Westerly along the Northerly line
<br />of said road from the intersection of said Northerly line with the
<br />line due South from the Quarter Corner before mentioned.

<br />the within named Corporation, and that the seal affixed to said instrument is the
<br />corporate seal of said corporation, and that the said instrument was signed and
<br />sealed in behalf of said corporation<by authority of a resolution passed by the
<br />Common Council and said Elisha Large and C. M. Bryan acknowledged said instrument
