The Finance Committee recommended a counter offer of $550 on the offer of ,'. . --. Benjronin S. DeVries, $450; $90 cash and the balance on or before 90 days for Lot 4, Block 25, Huddleston's Extended Addition (66.8 feet East of the South east corner of 12th and Van Buren); conditional on FHA Loan. The recomrrlendation was unanimously tN 16- approved. V~ I It was the recommendation of theoFinance Committee that the following - offer of Claude G. Erwin be accepted: $100 cash, for Lot 2, Block 1, Croner's 17/ Addition (55-2/3 feet West of the Southwest corner of 3rd and Tyler). The recommend - tion was unanimously approved. The Finance Committee presented the bills for the month of July, 1940 ~ith a recommendation that they be allowed and warrants drawn to pay for the same. The roll was called, councilmen voting aye: Reid, Bond, Carlson, Farrington, Hanns, oppe and Barette.
