<br /> The Mayor and City Recorder of the City of Eugene be
<br /> and they are hereby authotized and directed to enter into an
<br /> agreement with Shell Oil ompany, Incorporated, and Ida Callison
<br /> respecting the West 110 feet of ,Lot 7 in Block A of MUllingan's
<br /> Addition East to Eugene City, as platted and recorded at page I
<br /> 122 of volume A Lane County Oregon Deed RecDr.ds, in Lane County,
<br /> Oregon, permitting the said Shell Oil Company Inc6rpora~ed
<br /> to erect certain buildings 16 ~eet from the property line of
<br /> East Broadway, with a provision that at any time the city of
<br /> Eugene shall widen East Broadway that the said Shell Oil Company
<br /> Incorporated and Ida Callison, their he'irs, successors and assigns,
<br /> shall make no claim for damages on account of the portions
<br /> of said building standing upon said set back ar~a, but shall
<br /> vlaim damages only for land taken, and shall upon demand of the
<br /> city in case of such street widening, immediately remove the
<br /> portions of the building~ resting upon the area so set back
<br /> without any cost or expense to the City of Eugene.
