J. Cloyes representing the Central Lane <br />Planning Council relative to the proposed area survey on sewer collection and <br />disposal. We recommend that the various bids for such a survey be referred <br />to the office of the City Manager for a more complete investigation, looking <br />to a complete study of the Eugene sewerage problem. We further recommend that <br />the Manager's office contact the office of the U.S. Engineers to determine if <br />possible the present status of the projected Amazon improvement, and its rela- <br />tion to the city's sewerage program; the result of such investigation to be re- <br />ported back to the Sewer Committee. at the earliest possible date. i <br />Your committee further recommends that the applications of various property <br />owners for extension of sewer lines on West 19th Avenue be held in abeyance I <br />pending disposftion of an application for annexation in this area."
