<br />for public use through the property that has been set aside for the swimming
<br />pool in Eugene. The following is a description of the right-of-way: Beginning
<br />at the S.E. corner of the James Huddleston & wife D.L.C. #54 in township Seven-
<br />teen (17) south of range three (3), west of Willamette meridian, thence west
<br />469.69, thence north 60 feet, thence east 418.69, thence north to the north line
<br />of sixteenth (16) street if produced, thence east 48 feet, thence south to the
