<br />24th, was submitted and read the first time. Motion by Koppe, seconded by

<br />mous consent of the Council by title under suspension of the rules and was

<br />Council Bill Number 10 relative to Rezoning Southeast Corner, 13th and
<br />Olive, was submitted. Motion by Koppe, seconded by Crumbaker tllat the ordi-
<br />nance be read the first time and laid over. Motion carried.

<br />Commission certain changes in the classification of the property at the
<br />southeast corner of 13th and Olive, it being a tract 174 feet east on 13th
<br />and 118 feet south on Olive, Eugene, Lane Countty, Oregon, and the Planning
<br />Commission has held a hearing; adopted a permanent and final report and sub-
<br />mitted it to the Common Council with the recow~endation that the same be
<br />enacted into an ordinance, and the Council has prepared and given its first
<br />reading of an ordinance enacting said permanent, reJ?ort.
