<br />opening of 8th Avenue West from Chambers to Garfield Avenue and the alley between
<br />:. 7th and 8th Streets from the West line of Hallock Addition to Garfield Street and, ,

<br />I. sum of $2,407.31 in connection with said street openings, this sum representing
<br />. the amount of damages over benefits assessed in connection with said street open-

<br />l Eugene that the sum of $2,407.31 be transferred from the Sinking Fund for im-
