<br />A resolution directing the proper City Officers to make, execute,
<br />deliver and record a deed to the public for street purposes of the following
<br />described property to-wit:

<br />"WHEREAS, the Eugene Water Boa:rd in developing a reservoir site for the
<br />City of Eugene, locate4 in First Addition to Fairmount Heights, desires as a part
<br />of the development to vacate,- a portion of Mission Avenue and to subs~itute
<br />therefor a street to connect with the remaining portion of Mission Avenue and to
<br />be a part of Mission Avenue. '

<br />That the property proposed to be dedicated in place of vacated portion
<br />of Mission Avenue is owned by the City of Eugene, by and through the Eugene 'Water
<br />Board.
