A resolution -- Re: Prohibiting parking on the West side of Alder Street between 19th Ave. East and 25th Ave. East, was submitted and read. "BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Eugene that the recommendation of the Qity Nanager for the prohibiting of parking on the West side of Alder Street between 19th Ave. East and 25th Ave~ East, be approved and the Chief of Police be and he is hereby directeq to erect all signs and to take all other steps as nec~ssary to carry this resoiution into effect." . It was moved by Johnson, seconded by Hawn that the resolution be received and plac d on file. 47 A resolution -- Re: Transmitting to the Planning Coamission of the City of Eugene the following proposed changes of classification to-wit: and directing a hearing on the same by. the Planning Commission, was submitted and read. "BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Eugene that there is hereby transmitted to the Planning Cornmission of the City of Eugene the following proposed changes of classifications, to-wit: Pla~~ing Commission: Both sides of Willarnette Street from 13th to 16th Streets from single family residential to a business district. Planning Corr~ission: The Misfeldt property located back of the butte to single family residential. Delmer H. Fellers: The three lots located at the Southwest corner of 25th and Potter in City Outlook Addition, Block 20, Lots 1, 2 and 3, to a business district. I George F. Houghton and Louise M. Eakin: The property located on the Southeast corner of 17th and Willamette Streets, being 140.5 feet on Willamette Street, 342.0 feet on Seventeenth Street and 140.5 feet on Oak Street, more or less. .1 Mrs. Elizabeth Smith: Lot 1,' Block,4 in Gordon's Addit'ion, City of Eugene, situated on the Southeast corner of the intersection of Taylor and 7th Stre~ts from a residential dis~rict to 8 business district. Geo. W. Miltonberger: 1391 West Third Avenue from residential district to light industrial district. Mr. J. E. Mencke: West'40 feet of Lot 14, Block 4, Teshner's Addition from residential district to business district. / James and Rosa Lajoie: Property located at 586 4th Avenue West from single family residential district to multiple family district. And directing the Planning Commission to adopt a Tentative Report and to hold a hearing thereon in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Eugene on Tuesday, the 7th day of May, 1946, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., after giving due notice by publication once in the Eugene Register Gtlard.
