<br />"Your City Planning Commission respectfully recommends:

<br />1. That the Common Council initiate proceedings for the vacation of
<br />the alleyway between 7th and 8th Avenues West, extending from rilmore Street to
<br />Almaden Street, provided and upon the condition that easements and rights of way
<br />necessary for all public utilities can be reserved to the satisfaction of the
<br />City Engineer.

<br />I 2. That the Common Council initiate proceedings for the vacation of
<br />i, that part of the alley located between Orchard and Walnut Streets and extending
<br />I: North of 15th Avenue East, lying to the north of the South line of Lots numbered

<br />passed by the City Council. I would, however, like to reserve the right to use
<br />this property up until such time as the City of Eugene sees fit to improve it. I

<br />I! which would cost the city any damages when it is necessary to use this for pub-
