Motion <br />carried'. <br /> <br />It was moved by Bailey, seconded by Crumbaker that Council Bill No. 86 be taken <br />from the table and read the third time. Motion carried. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />It was moved by Davis, seconded by Crumbaker that Council Bill No. 86 as amended <br />be approved: Motion carried.
