<br />ADMINISTRATION AND WEATHER BUREAU: THIS PROJECT WAS TENTATIVELY APPROVED PREVIOUSLY
<br />BY THE EUGENE CITY COUNCIL AND THE C.A.A. WITH AN AUTHORIZATION OF $90,000 OF WHICH
<br />THE CITY OF EUGENE WOULD PAY 44%, TOTALING $39,600. OF THIS $39,600, IT WAS PLANNED
<br />THAT $24,690 WOULD BE PAID IN CASH AND $15,00~ WOULD BE CREDITED AS ADVANCE RENTAL TO
<br />UNITED AIRLINES TO BE AMORTIZED OVER A PERIOD OF SIX YEARS AND FIVE MONTHS AT $200
<br />PER MONTH.
