IT WAS NOTED THAT <br />VARIOUS FIGURES HAD BEEN MENTIONED IN THESE NEGOTIATIONS AS THE COST OF ACQUISITION BUT <br />THAT THE RECORD SHOWS THE COST OF PURCHASING THIS PROPERTY TO BE $10,901.25. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />IT IS THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE COMMITTEE THAT THE EUGENE WATER & ELECTRIC BOARD <br />BE OfFERED EXCLUSIVE AND PERMANENT CONTROL OF THIS PROPERTY ,UNDER THE OVERHEAD, SUBJECT <br />TO AN EASEMENT FOR INSPECTION AND REPAIR OF THE STRUCTURE, UPON, PAYMENT TO THE CITY OF <br />E UGE NE OF $10,90 I .25.
