EXTENSION OF STREET LIGHTING ON HIGHWAY 99 NORTH TO ROOSEVELT BOULEVARD. 'A PRELIMINARY <br />STUDY OF THE EXTENSION OF ARTERIAL LIGHTING ON HIGHWAY 99 NORTH WAS MADE BY THE EUGENE WATER <br />AND ELECTRIC BOARD AND SUBMITTED TO THE COMMITTEE. THE PLAN SHOWS'THE NUMBER OF LIGHTS <br />NEEDED ~OR AN EXTENSION rROM THE OLD CITY LIMITS WHfCH WAS JtiST'Bt~bND GtiNDtRSON BROTHERS <br />TO THE NEW CITY LIMITS WHICH IS SOUTH OF ROOSEVELT BOULEVARD AND NORTH OF THE OVERHEAD. <br />THE STUDY SHOWS THE ,NUMBER OF LIGHTS NEEDED TO EXTEND THE SYSTEM ON TO'THE NEW CITY LIMITS <br />WOULO'BEA TOTAL OF 43. THE COST TO THE CITY WOULD BE $4.80 PER LIGHT PER'MONTH OR A TOTAL <br />OF $206.40 PER MONTH, WHICH WOULD COVER THE COST OF ENERGY PLUS AMORTIZATION OF THE LIGHTING <br />SYSTEM.
