THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDED THE <br />REQUEST BE DENIED SINCE THEY LOOKED UPON THE AMAZON AS A BUffER BETWEEN <br />SINGLE fAMILY AND DUPLEX DWELLINGS AND MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLINGS. COM- <br />MITTEE REPRESENTATIVES VIEwED THE SITE, AND IN THE DISCUSSION IT WAS <br />INDICATED THEY BELIEVE THIS AREA BEST SUITED fOR MULTIPLE FAMILY USE. <br />IT WAS RECOMMENDED THAT THE REQUESTED REZONING FROM R-2 TO R-3 BE APPROVED. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />IT WAS MOVED BY MR.
