<br />MITTEE REPRESENTATIVES VIEwED THE SITE, AND IN THE DISCUSSION IT WAS
<br />INDICATED THEY BELIEVE THIS AREA BEST SUITED fOR MULTIPLE FAMILY USE.
<br />IT WAS RECOMMENDED THAT THE REQUESTED REZONING FROM R-2 TO R-3 BE APPROVED.
