THE TRAffiC ENGINEER REPORTED'THAT A STUDY <br /> HAD BEEN MADE OF 'THESE INTERSECTIONS WHICH STUDY INCLUDED TRAfFIC COUNTS, THE USE <br /> Of THE RADAR CAR AND OTHER PROCEDURES, AND THAT.HE COULD fiND NO JUSTifiCATION <br /> fOR THE STOP SIGNS AS REQUESTED.
