IT WAS POINTED OUT IN THE REPORT THAT A CONSIDERABLE HAZARD <br />WOULD BE CREATED IF, RAMPS WERE TO BE CONSTRUCTED WITHIN THE SIDEWALK AREA AND <br />THAT If THEY WERE BUILT ACROSS THE GUTTERS, A DR~INAGE PROBLEM WOULD BE CREATED. <br />THERE WAS ALSO DISCUSSED THE PROBLEM OF LOCATION AS TO CROSSWALKS. THE 01- <br />RECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS REC~MMENDED THAT A CONTINUATION OF THE STUDY BE MADE TO <br />DETERMINE HOW MUCH DEMAND THERE IS FOR SUCH WHEEL CHAIR ACCESS.
