<br />TO THE COMMITTEE ON THE ARCHITECTS' COMPETITION. HE INDICATED THE PROGRAM IS DEVELOPING
<br />VERY WELL AND THAT /T SHOULD PROCEED, BUT THAT AT THE PRESENT TIME SOME ITEMS ARE UN-
<br />SETTLED. PRINCIPALLY AMONG THESE ITEMS IS THE AMOUNT AVAILABLE FOR CONSTRUCTION COSTS.
<br />HE INDICATED HE HAD DONE SOME RESEARCH ON COMPARABLE BUILDING COSTS WITHIN THE EUGENE
