OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON, ENTITLED 'COMPREHENSIVE ZONING PLAN <br />OF THE CITY OF EUGENE' THE F.OLLOW I NG: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />,'i <br /> <br />SECTiON I.
