<br /> REQUIRED 5-FOOT SIDE YARD SETBACK AT 1944 Moss STREET WHICH WAS DENIED
<br /> BY THE BOARD OF ApPEALS. THE CITY MANAGER READ A LETTER FROM MAX G.BOLES,
<br /> BOLES BUILDERS, OUTLINING THE PROCEDURES AND WORK HE HAD DONE ON THE BUILD-
<br /> I ING AND FOUNDATION SO FAR. THE WORK IS STOPPED AT THE PRESENT TIME,
